Admission Procedure

1. Admission is granted for the whole year.The School conducts admission tests for classes 1 to 8.

2. When filling in the admission form,guardians are asked to furnish the particulars with greatest possible accuracy.Details once entered in the Admission Register will not be altered.

3. At the time of Admission, a copy of birth certificate and transfer certificate (T.C) must be submitted.Progress report should also be shown.

4. Any student who leaves the school for any reason whatsoever will not be re-admitted.

Enrolment

5. To ensure the continuation of his/her study in the School, each students (promoted or failed) must enrol/register his/her name in advance and pay the prescribed fees in full. No seats will be reserved for students failing to register their names on the given date.

6. At the time of re-admission/enrollment,all the students must bring their progress report.

Withdrawal

7. Any student who fails twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue his/her studies in Loyola High School.

8. No transfer certificate is issued untill the full fees of the year and other dues are paid in full.
